This Holden Beach home features 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a bunk bed room that sleeps 9 (top BUNKS best for kids only)! With 3 full bathrooms AND an outdoor shower, guests will feel right at home. The open concept reverse floor plan and humongous dining room area gives you and your guests plenty of space to mix and mingle. With TONS of outdoor space, including multiple porches you will have numerous vantage points to take in the striking marsh, beach, and of course the amazing sunset vistas that Holden Beach offers. There is a private beach access just a few yards east and a public handicap accessible beach access a few yards west for your enjoyment. Plenty of parking for up to 6 cars. When to visit Holden Beach & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Summer months are high season in the Brunswick area area. Booking in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Lock your rental while you are away. Keep your property safe!
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a excellent stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it.
