This Holden Beach home features 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a bunk bed room that sleeps 9 (top BUNKS best for kids only)! With 3 full bathrooms AND an outdoor shower, guests will feel right at home. The open concept reverse floor plan and humongous dining room area gives you and your guests plenty of space to mix and mingle. With TONS of outdoor space, including multiple porches you will have numerous vantage points to take in the striking marsh, beach, and of course the amazing sunset vistas that Holden Beach offers. There is a private beach access just a few yards east and a public handicap accessible beach access a few yards west for your enjoyment. Plenty of parking for up to 6 cars. There are two splendid living rooms, one with a comfortable couch bed offers for additional space for relaxation. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

When to visit Holden Beach & When to reserve a rental home:

Summer months are high season in the Brunswick area area. Booking in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
