1st Floor: Double bunk bed bedroom sleeps 4 with books and toys for modest kids, a king bedroom, full bathroom (shared), and dedicated workspace.

2nd Floor: Roomy living room with 65" Samsung 4K UHD Intelligent TV and games for a rainy day, dining room and eat-in kitchen with seating for 12 + a high chair for your infant guests, a well-equipped kitchen for your meals, an outdoor patio and balcony to appreciate the ocean breeze.

3rd Floor: A loft space with a 50" Samsung 4K UHD Intelligent TV and queen sleeper couch, laundry room with washer and dryer, two queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, king primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a pack ‘n play for an infant.

Elevator: The residential elevator makes it easy to go between the three levels in case you choose to forgo the stairs.

Outdoor Shower: Located in the back of the home for your privacy.

Toiletries: We supply opulent and eco-friendly Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion for your stay. We'll get you started with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags but if you're staying more than a weekend you likely will need to bring or buy some more.

Wifi: 1 Gbps + a mesh network so you always have coverage in the home.

Parking: There is space for 4 medium-sized cars in the driveway.

Grille: A 22” Weber Master Touch 22-in Charcoal Grille is available for use.

Beach Accessories: 8 adult-sized chairs are included as well as a beach wagon and sun shelter are supplied.

Please note that in booking our property that you agree to:

-No events or events inside or on the property. Violation of this will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

-No smoking, no vaping inside or on patios.

- 2 Adult Dogs min. - Less than 50lbs (Pet Fee Required) - No Puppies

-Show respect to the community. Keep the noise level after 10PM at a minimum.

-This is a no shoes home. All shoes must be taken off at entry.

-A max. of 14 guests, excluding infants, for your stay.

-Leaving the property in a reasonably clean condition, including removal of trash and taking trash out if staying over on Sunday nighttime.

-Report any damage from your stay prior to check-out.

-A minimum $300 fee will be charged if home rules are not followed and a claim will be filed with Airbnb.

-If a elevator service technician is called as a result of not following the basic instructions a $500 service fee will be assessed to the guest.
