It features a enormous patio where you can relax while listening to the sound of the waves from the close by ocean. Appreciate simple beach access a mere 100 steps from the front door, or spend some time in the community pool out back. This condo is in the ideal location to discover all that Carolina Beach has to offer, and provides parking spaces for 2 cars.

From the moment you enter the condo, you can tell that the owners have taken great care to provide the best possible guest experience! The first thing you'll notice is the very cavernous balcony space. It's set up with a huge seating area so your entire group can relax after a day at the beach as well as a dining area so you can savor coffee in the morning before heading out for the day! The sound of the waves provides a calming ambiance for you to appreciate this striking outdoor space.

From the balcony, you'll enter into the main living areas of the condo. There's a sizable, comfortable sectional that provides plenty of seating space, and throw pillows and blankets to get cozy while appreciating a movie. The living room opens to the dining area which has an inviting settee style seat as well as additional chairs. The kitchen has been outfitted with all of the essentials you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal, and there is additional seating space at 2 barstools at the peninsula.

2 roomy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms complete the condo. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom features a queen size bed, a TV, a desk area in case you need to work during your stay, access to the second full bathroom, and a cozy balcony overlooking the community pool.

You'll fall in adore with the special touches the owners have placed throughout the space making it feel like a home away from home!

Guests will have access to the entire condo, 2 private balconies, and a community pool. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the condo.

You'll be able to park up to 2 cars in the parking lot of the building. There is no designated spot, it is first come first served.
