- The back porch is an extension of the home with an outdoor living and dining area. Savor a sizeable backyard for pups and play. Note : It is not completely fenced in.

This is a shared property. This home is a duplex and the downstairs, ground level, unit is separately rented. Each space has its own private entrance and the spaces are not connected on the interior at all- there is no interior stairwell. There is separate assigned parking. The yard and outdoor shower is shared common space.
Other things to note
We are located next door to The Spot, a local restaurant. Great place to grab a drink, watch a game, or grab a meal. During their business hours they do play music and they have outdoor seating which creates noise. While we don’t find this disruptive during the day we have supplied a sound machine in the unit for painless sleeping.

Carolina Beach is home to this vacation home. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Brunswick area restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
