In addition to the expansive ocean view, you will appreciate an unobstructed tidal marsh view from the covered street-side deck. Close enough to the pier for a fast, sunset, ice cream trip but far enough to avoid the hordes. This Hobbs Intelligent Home features a huge, well-outfitted kitchen, an open dining area, living room with ample seating, a game room with a bumper pool table and tons of games, four bedrooms, and three decks - all conveniently on one level. There are also flat-screen TVs in the living room (75”) and each bedroom plus 2 DVD players and a DVD library.
The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.
Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
