PEASE READ**** This home is a triplex and you have access to the first two levels (2,800 sq-ft). While the first two floors and backyard (pool/hot tub) of the home will be for you and your guests, I live on the 3rd floor when I am in Carolina Beach but otherwise it is vacant. I have a private elevator at the first floor which is where we will share the entry area to the front door. The first and second floors have locking entry doors for your security and privacy. Home is equipped with a key-less entry lock so you can start appreciating your vacation as soon as you arrive. This is a smoke and pet complimentary property. Lastly, guests with infants/toddlers should be aware that the home is not kid proof and there is not a locking gate to the pool. ****PLEASE READ
