Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes.

Parking is suitable for COMPACT to MID-SIZE cars only. Oversize cars may not fit and are the responsibility of the car’s owner to find adequate parking if the car does not fit at the unit’s included parking spaces. • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise.
