A well-equipped and freshly updated kitchen makes it a enjoyment. Like things neat and clean? You'll like the separate laundry/folding area and two outside showers, one enclosed with hot and cold water, and a dressing room. Want your friends to know what a great time you're having? Send them snapshots over the web with the high-speed WiFi while you soak in the private hot tub. You'll find all this on one floor: four bedrooms, two baths, and a bright and roomy family/dining/kitchen area overlooking the ocean.   • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
