A huge driveway provides plenty of parking for cars, trucks or even your boat, and a public boat launch is located just around the corner.

The open-concept living and dining area is brightly lit and welcoming. A comfortable sectional and armchairs located across from the sizable flat-screen T.V provide the ideal place to gather together and appreciate a favorite movie, and the huge dining table seating eight stands ready for family dinners or game nights. The adjacent kitchen is entirely outfitted with all the cookware needed to prepare your catch of the day–or more standard fare snared from the close by grocery store.

Directly off the living room, you’ll find the primary bedroom, complete with a king bed, flat screen T.V. and modest desk area for those who may need to bring work with them to the beach. The attached private bath provides a step-in shower stall.
