This a huge modren home just a few steps from the beach (about 100 yards to a very nice beach access). One of our photos shows the beach access near the home, taken from front porch. There are good ocean vistas from the upper level covered deck.Capacity of 14 is a strict max. number and includes babies. No more than 10 adults. In addition to the linens as detailed in each bedroom, there is a nice Pack-n-Play.We keep the home fresh, clean, refreshed, and nice furnishings throughout. Everything completely supplied to make your stay a pleasant one. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are on the pool side of the home and have private exits to covered porches overlooking the pool. The one street side bedroom on lower level has private exit to covered deck. Lots of covered decking on both sides of the home. Rockers and other chairs on decks. Great hangout areas all around the home, inside and out, and at the pool. Very comfortable home in every way.The private pool is nice and invigorating. The beach is across the street, and the modest cozy retail district of Ocean Isle is a short walk (5 mins.) away - pier, stores, restaurant, Putt Putt, and an Ice Cream shop.This home that has 2 family rooms, one of which is set (the lower level) includes a FOOSBALL TABLE. The second family room is huge and you will find the additional space makes this home very comfortable for enormous extended family groups. High Speed internet hookup for your laptop. 55" HDTV on upper Level and 65" HDTV on lower level.Upper level great room has kitchen, dining area, nice seating with 2 sizable bedrooms off to the poolside of the home. Enormous kitchen bar seats 6, plus full sized dining table next to kitchen seats 8, and coffee table in great room for overflow.The 31E1 has a nice poolside bar. The beach club is a five min. walk from the villa. It includes an ocean front pool and kiddie pool as well as a Tiki Bar and full service restaurant. Here's some tips to help you make the best use of our elevator:-Take your cell phone with you, just in case. - Be sure that the interior home door and the folding car door are both completely closed and the magnetic latches engaged before selecting a floor. - You cannot select a floor and then close the door. If you want to send the car to another floor without a person inside, you will need to go to the desired floor and call the elevator to you.- DO NOT attempt to open any of the doors until the elevator has come to a complete stop and the floor selector light has gone off. - DO NOT jump in the elevator while it is moving. I know... it takes all the fun out of it. But it will also cause the equipment to need a hard reset before it will move again.- Read and review the documentation inside the elevator car for more best practices.- If you get stuck in the elevator (very rare, this hasn't happened to us, but you never know) there is information inside the car on how to open the doors manually to get out. You won't be trapped. - After 10 mins. of non-use, the elevator will automatically return to the 2nd (middle) floor for security purposes. - DO NOT attempt to reset the elevator yourself. Contact the hosts if you have any issues.--POOL INFORMATION & RULES:During the summer months, our pool is professionally serviced daily to check chemical levels, add water, and keep it shining clean. - Rinse off before entering pool- No running- No diving- Do not leave kids unattended- No family family pets in the pool- No glass bottles, glasses, etc.- No throwing objects into pool (other than pool toys)- Do not leave gate propped open- Do not tamper with pool pump, timer, or pool chemicals- Pool concerns?
