Launch kayaks and paddle boards from our private ramp. Please note: This ramp is NOT suitable for boat launch. You can use the public boat launch (0.5 miles away) at Bluewater Point Marina, then tie the boat up at our dock. Because the home is on a hill, the property is not suitable for boat/trailer parking.

We have 2 paddle boards and numerous (adult and kid) life vests for your use. Bring your own kayaks or rent them on the island.

In the basement, this home has an additional food/drink refrigerator/freezer, as well as an additional bait refrigerator/freezer. The property is perched high on a 2nd row lot with long range vistas over the sound and the ocean. Watch impressive sunsets each evening that are out of this world! The property location is ideal and in an area of the island that is less busy. Located just down from a great restaurant called Lonerider, so if you don't want to prepare, appreciate the best seafood around.
