The thoughtfully-equipped kitchen for mealtime preparations and appliances, including a Keurig, slow cooker, waffle maker, coffee grinder, and other amenities.

The outdoor living spaces are just as inviting with a screened-in porch, a private saltwater swimming pool (open from Easter - October) adjacent to the home, and a ground-level deck area with a glider, picnic table, and grilling area. Savor calming marsh vistas as you prepare your meal on a Weber gas grille. Enjoy an evening drink while you view marsh wildlife, including deer, heron, egrets, and the rare bobcat. After a long day at the beach or the pool (pool floats and toys supplied), you can savor the outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Find beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart in the storage room. Spend family time playing board games or corn hole.

All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to relax by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
