Vacation and relaxation, these are things everybody looks forward to. Whether you are surfing, basking in the sun or appreciating the summer breezes on the oceanfront deck, you will appreciate being on island time. This oceanfront 6 bedroom 3.5 bath home is steps away from the sand and surf. Grab a cold drink and feel the anxiety of everyday life melt away. This home has newly been refreshed inside and the beach strand re-nourishment finished. All that is needed is some sunscreen, a good book and vacation memories to be made.
On the ground level there is enough room for 4 cars, enclosed outdoor shower, and golf cart charging outlets.
The first floor includes the kitchen (with a drip coffee maker), living and dining area, and laundry room. Along with a half baht, and two bedrooms with king beds that share a jack-n-jill bathroom.
The second floor have the remaining bedrooms. Two rooms with 2 doubles, one room with 2 twins, and the remaining room with 1 queen.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are supplied in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $230 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. Sticking to your budget:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends).   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to propel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
