Located in the highly sought-after Ocean Isle Beach, “Coastal Charm” provides an exclusive getaway on a peaceful and secluded street, ensuring a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Appreciate elegant vistas of both the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean from various vantage points throughout the home. Whether you're calming in the living room, dining area, or one of the cavernous bedrooms, the coastal scenery is always in sight. This roomy beach home features four well-appointed bedrooms and three classy bathrooms. The generous layout is ideal for accommodating family and guests, providing luxury, comfort, and privacy.

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as the laundry room. The first bedroom has gorgeous vistas of the intracoastal water way, and is equipped with 2 bunk style beds, twin over full, intelligent TV, with an attached jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Attached, you will find the second bedroom with peek-a-boo ocean vistas, equipped with a king bed, intelligent TV, and access to the jack and jill bathroom, tub/shower combo. Also on the first floor you will also find the master bedroom with king bed and its own en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, double vanity, intelligent TV, while providing a private escape within the home.

The top floor of the home offers an open-concept living space that creates an inviting ambiance, seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area and a bedroom with a queen sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Generous windows flood the interior with natural light and offer expansive vistas of the surrounding coastal landscape. Sit back and savor the electric fireplace, and 65 inch intelligent TV. Savor the well-equipped kitchen that is a chef's delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a coffee bar. Prepare meals while appreciating the company of family and friends in the adjacent dining area. Step outside to the handsome outdoor area that is ideal for enjoying the North Carolina sunshine. Equipped with an outdoor shower, gas grille, and private pool. The pool is the ideal place to cool off on a hot day, while the close by patio area features plenty of comfortable seating for dining, relaxing, and socializing. This Pool is NOT heated. The pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, but please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

If your check in date is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.

If your check in date is before Memorial Day or after Labor Day, linens and towels are NOT supplied in the cleaning fee. We do offer them for an additional fee, or you can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event.

**(Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).

We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.

If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your check in date, you will be refunded in full minus a non-returnable fee of 5% of the total reservation (cancellation fee). Cancellations within 60 days prior to check in will not be refunded.

Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.

While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don't follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.

Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.

You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.

Sorry, NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).

NO charcoal grilles, fire pits, or deep fryers are allowed on premise.

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. When to visit & When to book:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Brunswick area area. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Brunswick area vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.   • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
