Totally new HVAC system, lighting, walls, paint, floor, doors, and windows were installed in 2023. Guests can also savor a new fenced-in area under the home, great for dogs, along with a brand-new oceanfront window that brings even more of the sweeping shoreline vistas indoors.

Three roomy decks and a screened-in porch offer spectacular vistas for outdoor living. A entirely-equipped Kitchen suited for chefs and bakers, including a NEW Cuisinart Duo Coffee Maker (uses standard pods), Crockpot, (2) electric Griddles, and a blender. Even the fisherfolk have a dedicated fish cleaning station, outdoor grille, corn hole court, and a hammock for post-fishing relaxation. This island home has everything needed for your most calming vacation.

Embrace the warmth of southern “Hobbspitality”! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump into making memories rather than making beds. This owner also provides starter coffee pods for that first morning coffee fix. If you require more than the lightweight blanket supplied, we urge you to bring any additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
