Not feeling like going out? Just relax on your patio and take in the stars, the ocean and the fireworks without going anywhere! Just be sure to make time in the mornings for the world famed Britts donut shop!

One of the favorate features of many of our guests, this condo is not in a sizable condominium, full of rowdy noisy neighbors. This is an exclusive building with only 6 condos. You will have 1 neighbor to your left, and NOBODY above you. Your evenings will be as peacefull as you could ask for and your vistas are completely unobstructed.
