*Outdoor living space includes a heated saltwater pool with spillover hottub, a tiki bar with outdoor Intelligent TV, an outdoor shower, BBQ grille, half bath, and tons of covered and shaded gaming areas.
*Outdoor amenities include the use of owner-supplied pool towels, floats and toys, beach wagon, enormous cooler, umbrellas, and ten Tommy Bahama beach chairs.
*Features a self-closing elevator and multiple decks with broad seating.
*Conveniently outfitted with two full-sized fridges, a drink refrigerator, two dishwashers, an ice machine, and two tankless hot water heaters.
*Custom designed to fit your entire event in one space ~ 3rd Floor open concept area overlooks the ocean and includes: breakfast bar with six stools, huge 12-person dining table, a 70 inch Intelligent TV, and seating for the whole family on our upsized U-shaped couch.
*Sizable game room with Queen Sleeper Couch and Wet Bar ~ Includes 65 inch Intelligent TV, Golden Tee and Ms. Pac-Man Classic Arcade Cabinets, wall-mounted Connect Four & Tic-Tac-Toe games, Air Hockey Table, a “Vacation Library”, and loads of card and board game options.
