Part of the beauty of the home being located near an inlet and beachfront, is the actual distance to the sand and surf are subject to change, as are the dune structures. High tides and forces of nature create magnificent, natural tidal pools to sun or play in.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. Note: The fireplace shown in the photos is not operable.

Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! Tips and Tricks to get the very best rental home experience:

Get the best rental home value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To find the best vacation home within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Brunswick area area visitors guides which often include special deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Brunswick area visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • Begin by selecting your trip dates and a budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. This lovely inverted floor plan offers unsurpassed views of the sparkling Atlantic ocean. has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
  • Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is regularly available online. If you don't see them listed, contact the host before you book the rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • If there's a certain Brunswick area attraction you simply love, search for homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • If your group is vacationing with pets, search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Request details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Some property owners charge additional pet fees.

More tips for your stay:

  • Add the property manager's contact info to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Document any issues with the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are beneficial if damages are assessed.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often a fantastic resource to find the best local beaches.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
