Welcome to A New Tide! The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed to showcase beautiful ocean vistas on three sides, creating a bright and welcoming space to gather. The layout offers plenty of room for meals, calming, and spending quality time together after a day at the beach.
The top level features a roomy primary king suite with a private ensuite bath and deck access with striking ocean vistas. Additional bedroom with double beds are also located on this level, along with a versatile additional loft overlooking the living area, ideal for recreation or unwinding after a full day outdoors.
On the mid level, you’ll find a comfortable queen bedroom and a twin-over-twin bunk room with hallway full bathroom, ideal for families or mixed-age groups.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
*Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
