Oceanfront condo located on the third floor, and has a ocean view.. The

photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and

calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can

sleep six people. There are twin bunk beds and a queen size sleeper couch in

the living area. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The condo has

impressive and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of

entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is supplied in your rental price. When

departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage

removed to the onsite dumpster.

Please note that Service Animals are allowed for this non pet-friendly unit.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. When to visit Carolina Beach & When to reserve a rental home:

  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Summer is high season in Carolina Beach. To find the best rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Brunswick area attractions and restaurants.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.
