If you are bringing your pet please let us know, as the pet fee is $175/pet/week. Violators are subject to eviction without refund and responsible for additional cleaning charges, at a minimum of $500.00 and could be substantially higher. Where dogs are allowed, there is a $175.00 fee per dog per reservation. Dogs must be left in a crate if you are not at the home, and they are not allowed on any of the furnishings. You are responsible for all clean up in the yard or indoors if needed. Failure to clean up along with any pet-related damages will result in additional charges.

We would recommend a golf cart for this rental! We have units available if you are interested. We charge $595 for the week.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting.

How to find the best Ocean Isle Beach rental experience:

Sticking to your rental budget:

• June, July, and August are high season in Ocean Isle Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Booking websites often offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. • Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let crooks ruin your vacation.
• Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
