The downstairs master contains a king bed, the upper left bedroom furnished with two queens and the upper right bedroom contains two twin-over-double bunk beds. Four Flat Screen intelligent CCTVs with basic cable, wireless internet access. Freshly remodeled, wood and carpet floor. Well equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Covered porch and deck, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold. 1/2 block to 39th Street boat launch and 1 block (200 steps) to beach access. Patio with charcoal park style grille. Beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, toys and body boards. Corn hole set.
Those with allergies should note that although family pets are not allowed for guest stays, a dog may occasionally be present on owner reservations.
