This gorgeous oceanfront duplex home (2 King beds, 3 Queen, 2 Twins) us located in Holden Beach West, a gated community on the private west end of the island but you'll know it simply as Eden! Incredible ocean and island vistas from the porches or decks! Living has two story windows with gorgeous Vistas!

The space
Boardwalk across the dunes to wide expanse of sand and sea! Open floor plan has kitchen with counter seating, dining area and comfortable living area with 65 inch flat screen TV. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Welcome to Eden West! This is a non-smoking property.

  • Summer time is high season in Holden Beach. To get the best rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have not otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or host was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
