One bedroom has two doubles and a TV, and one bedroom has a queen bed and a single and a TV. The bedroom upstairs has a king bed and TV; there's also a full bath on the top level, and access to a sizable, street side deck with patio furnishings and swing. The dining table seats four and there are five stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Conveniences include elevator, seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, iron/ironing board, and Wi-Fi. The private balcony offers a beautiful view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grilles and a picnic table on the premises, next to the pool.

ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED. The Condo Association parking regulations do not permit jet skis, boats, trailers or golf carts in parking spaces.
