Beach renourishment is expected Fall 2025. Beach erosion is in progress (it comes and goes) and if the immediate Periwinkle beach access is inaccessible to walk, you can access the beach at the neighboring Clam Shell public beach access or at Freeman Park (North of Carolina Beach Pier). New for 2022: New coffee table, end tables, and nightstands. For 2021: New queen bed and box spring, washer and dryer, and paint throughout. For 2019: New vinyl plank floor throughout and fresh paint. Fresh paint outside as well.

Welcome to my family’s HOME away from home! This 1st floor (least amount of steps), cavernous two bedroom, two bath condo features 4 sliders (2 overlooking the ocean and 1 in each bedroom) that let in plenty of NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed family pets are welcome (additional $150 fee) and RELAXATION is required!

The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and balcony. The second full bathroom includes a tub with shower. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all the accessories. The washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a big dining table that sits 6. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for 5 and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with a bar height table and four chairs. You can people watch and see the waves hit the sand from the balcony.

There is a 40” HDTV with a DVD player in the living room, a 28” HDTV in the master bedroom, and a TV with DVD player in the second bedroom. Each TV is connected to cable. The home has wireless internet, COMPLIMENTARY-WIFI. SPACIOUS parking for two cars. One spot is covered and directly under the condo. Bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm.

The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than three blocks away and features the High Tide Parlor Bar/Pub. Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their cars right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND.

Also, not too far away is the Boardwalk (eateries, stores, rides, games, and pier) featuring the EXTREMELY POPULAR Britt’s Donuts! **NOM NOM NOM**

Prices are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Please note that Vacation Rental By Owner charges you a service fee and I can't remove it. Check-in is at 4pm, checkout is at 11 am.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, tours, and activities. • Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
• Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a fantastic time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
