* There are 2 comfortable Queen beds all with new highly rated 12" Zinus memory foam beds.

*Full Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator plus well outfitted: Dishes, silverware, drip coffee pot with coffee/creamer, toaster, microwave; everything you’ll need to relax and appreciate your vacation.

*65" 4k Roku TV (Disney+, ESPN+, & Hulu included) in the living room and 43" Roku TVs in each bedroom.

*4 beach chairs supplied.

*Outdoor space for relaxing after a day at the beach or surf session including picnic table, comfortable outdoor seating, and back deck with grille and additional seating area.

*There is also a dedicated workspace with a full-sized desk & desk chair.

*Bed linens and bath towels supplied, as well as hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and coffee/tea. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to bring additional supplies.

Getting Around:

We have 2 complimentary parking spaces for Shore House on the property. The home is on a peaceful, residential street in Carolina Beach so getting around is simple. We recommend walking around or renting bicycles from a local shop to entirely savor the "Island Life."

Additional Rules:
*No Smoking. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a fee for a deodorization treatment.

*Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are unfortunately not typically available due to our cleaners' schedule. However, we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule. Please no parking on the property before check-in time or after check-out time so our cleaning team can conveniently park.

*Parking available for 2 cars on the paved driveway only.
