Note that the condo is on the top floor (3rd) offering great vistas and no overhead noise, but stairs are required. Parking and pool passes will be supplied at check-in.

Carolina Beach undergoes beach renourishment every three years, with the latest project expected to complete in late Fall 2025. While this may affect some beach access points, our access remains available with great vistas and experiences, but there is less beach this year. We recommend walking down the left a little for long beach days.
