This cleverly designed bungalow features a reverse floor plan and sweeping ocean vistas from the second floor living area and deck. A pirate's ladder leads to a kids's loft hideout. The upstairs sitting room includes a daybed and trundle. The downstairs bedroom sleeping arrangements have been completely redesigned, now featuring a new king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen and a twin in the thrid bedroom.   • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
