Point Break Historic Beach Cottage - Vacation rental home in Carolina Beach, NC

About this space
Point Break is a 1940's beach bungalow that has been lovingly restored to preserve the appeal of a nostalgic beach home but with modern amenities such as new HVAC, full kitchen, outdoor shower and commercial hot water heater. Conveniently located 50 steps from the beach and directly across the street from Tony Silvagni's surf school and beach equipment rental shop. There is no need to get in your car once you arrive.
The home is pet friendly and there is a $75 pet fee.
The space
The historic beach bungalow has original bead board walls and wood floors all carefully restored. The common areas are cavernous and comfortable. The front porch has comfortable chairs and a table for dining and appreciating the ocean breezes.

The home sleeps 6 in well appointed bedrooms complete with Casper beds and a futon bunk room.

There is wifi in the home and tv has a Roku device so you can access your Netflix, Amazon and Hulu etc. channels.

The kitchen is entirely equipped with a full sized refrigerator, oven and microwave for cooking meals at home.

Comforters and pillows are supplied but we do not provide sheets or towels and this is reflected in the rate. Most people bring their own or Oceanside Linens can rent linens and we are happy to assist in any way.

Friendly family pets are welcome however there is a $75 pet fee.

Parking for up to three cars is not an issue as long as your car is not upsized and can fit down a narrow driveway.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the home and yard.
Other things to note
We do not provide sheets or towels - pillows and comforters are supplied. Additionally we are taking all CDC recommended cleaning and disinfecting steps between guests. Oceanside Linens can rent linens and we are happy to assist in any way.
