Conveniently located near a freshly rebuilt public beach access. The decks are very private and are the ideal place to appreciate a meal or your drink of choice! The sunset expansive view of the marsh and intracoastal waterway view is gorgeous!

PROPERTY DETAILS
This luxury property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation.
Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to (6) cars. There is a private 30-foot salt- water pool with tanning ledge and an outdoor shower for your convenience. The pool closet is equipped with a variety of pool floats and yard games to enjoy in the roomy fenced-in backyard. The pool area is the ideal location to wind down after a day at the beach. Guests can enjoy the constructed-in bar and outdoor TV or lounge in the outdoor seating and dining areas. You can also take a relaxing nap on the front porch swing bed. Each room is equipped with a Intelligent TV as well as the main living areas on both floors. Custom constructed bunk room is outfitted with board games to enjoy! The second floor has a enormous open living area with handsome vistas of the marsh! The home is equipped with dining for up to 14 guests and a completely outfitted kitchen with quartz countertops, gas range, bespoke lighting and fixtures. This home is very cavernous and is fully supplied and designed to make you feel right at home!
For those who adore to grille, this property includes a propane gas grille to utilize at your leisure. To make your stay feel more at home we have included a Keurig and a Drip coffee system. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry for simple check-in.

First Floor-
Room 1: Twin over full bunk beds (x2), bathroom accessible through Room 1 as well as the den.
Room 2: King bed with private bath.
Room 3: 2 Queen beds with private bath.
Second Floor-

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property. If caught smoking anywhere on the premises you will incur a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
