This delightful Pointe West home has all the best amenities. Located in the gorgeous Pointe West Community, this home has access to the private community oceanfront beach access just a short walk away, and a community ICW dock. This home features a private swimming pool, outside shower, and 3 decks to appreciate the sun and rock your cares away.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Inside, there are 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of space to savor your beach vacation. The open floor plan includes a living room on the first level that opens to the dining room and kitchen area. Well outfitted kitchen includes a complimentary-standing ice maker, double oven, and a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip machine. The primary bedroom is on the first level of this home accepting for privacy as the other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. There are intelligent TVs in every bedroom, some with Roku access and a super-fast mesh network! A Weber gas grille is supplied with the rental for all of your BBQ needs! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a modest delivery fee may apply. All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the largest rental home within budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
