Direct beach access is just steps away by simply taking the deck down to the dune and then turning right to the beach crossover one home over. It's incredibly painless to spend full days enjoying the sand and surf! Preparing meals in the completely equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cooking silverware is a breeze, and you can savor your meal with the ocean vistas.



After a day at the beach, relax in the main living room, or head up to the outdoor deck and relax on the sun loungers as you soak up the coastal breeze with a drink in hand. Downstairs, the additional living room with a mini kitchenette offers additional space for snacks, drinks, or casual hangouts. Step outside to fire up the grille and appreciate outdoor meals with family and friends.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is fashionable for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and cycling for those who like to stay on land.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
