Welcome to Sailfish in Carolina Beach! This unit will be on the top floor of this bungalow with private access. The condo offers two beds and one bath, including a front porch and back deck that you will savor. We are three homes back from the ocean, and you get a sliver of a view from the front porch! Looking for a calming time, ambiance? This is it!

You'll definitely appreciate the updates in this beach bungalow! The comfortable living room has plenty of seating space for your group and is open to the kitchen with eye catching tile backsplash and retro modern refrigerator! The kitchen is supplied with essentials for you to appreciate a home cooked meal during your stay. There are two roomy bedrooms, each with a king bed and cozy linens. The refreshed bathroom has tile floors and subway tile walls. The whole space feels very light and airy! One of the best features of the home is the beautiful front deck where you can start your day with a coffee.

We are conveniently located just a block from the beach and a block to the intracoastal, so you are always just a short walk to the water!

Guests will have access to the entire upstairs unit of the bungalow. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but other than that you'll have access to everything you find inside. There may be guests staying in the downstairs unit during your stay, but they have a completely separate entrance. Please note - this unit is on the second floor of the building (top floor) and stairs are required to access the property.

Parking for 2 cars is available to the left of the home.

Good to Know Before Your Stay:

Verification & Rental Agreement
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everybody, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival. A security deposit will be required through SafeGuest.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, intelligent TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everybody is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a cozy stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not allowed in accordance with platform policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.
