Sea Grit is a member of, "The Resort at OIB." Guests will savor an oceanfront clubhouse with a private beach access, oceanfront pool, private bath and crab dock all within a five-min. walk from the property. There is a golf cart parking area, making it simple to pack up all your beach essentials and appreciate a day in the sun!

PROPERTY DETAILS

This property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. Inside Sea Grit, experience a exhilarating burst of coastal charm. Accommodate everybody comfortably around the broad eat-in kitchen table, seating up to 14. With two dishwashers and a complete suite of kitchenware, preparing and cleaning up after meals will be a breeze, even for sizable groups. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The den features an assortment of games and a convenient wet bar. The 2nd floor has a enormous open living space with astonishing ocean vistas.

When the sun's rays become a tad too warm, getaway to your private backyard getaway. Here you'll find a private pool and tiki bar, waiting to rejuvenate you. Pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details. For the young and young-at-heart, we've outfitted an assortment of games, from ping pong to corn hole, from life-sized Jenga to Bucket Ball. There's also a foosball table and infinity gaming table, ideal to keep everybody entertained.

Planning a cookout? Sea Grit has you covered, complete with a grille ready to serve up your favorite BBQ delights and a sonos sound system. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. To make your check-in process painless this home includes keyless entry and an elevator making that goes to all floors. If you drive an electric car you're in luck, this home has a EV outlet. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note there are security cameras monitoring entrance doors.
Pool heating is an additional $80 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Family Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.
Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
