Sticking to your spending budget:

  • Summer time is high season in the Brunswick area area. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
  • The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.
