The inverted floor plan of this exquisitely decorated Hobbs Intelligent Home will amaze you with expansive vistas of the ocean and marsh. This handsome home features 6 bedrooms (2K, 3Q, 4T). Oceanfront living area with flat-screen TV, sizable dining area, and sunroom that places you right over the beach! A handsome oceanside swimming pool is open from Easter to October. Two covered porches, a sundeck, and a unique Tiki bar offer a gracious exterior living space. Cable TV in all bedrooms and Amish Country outdoor furnishings for porches, decks, and pool area.
This home is near an inlet and beachfront and the distance to the beach and ocean are subject to change. Due to high tides and forces of nature, tidal pools may exist in natural settings on the island. Oceanfront properties in close proximity to an ocean inlet are subject to rapid and substantial changes in dune structure and distance to the beach strand.
This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.
The owner of this home privately arranges their own cleaning and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays.
