Unwind in a two-story duplex freshly constructed in 2020. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths

The living room, kitchen and master bedroom are upstairs. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom.

The downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a twin bed with a trundle bed and a workspace.

Outdoor space includes a balcony and an enclosed backyard.

The unit is located in a residential area six blocks (10-15 min. walk) from the beach.

Driveway parking for two cars.

The property is monitored by a camera at the front door.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best rental home within budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.   • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition.
