Now, about the home... - Reverse floor plan, open concept kitchen and living spaces with elevated ceilings and most importantly, broad 180 degree ocean vistas.- Located directly across from a beach access (if you have never been to BHI, many homes, even those near the ocean, require you to load a cart and drive to a beach access. Our home is located directly in front of beach access #17, no loading and driving necessary!).- Centrally located on the island, making trips to any attraction painless (BHI Club, Shoals Club, East Beach, the Market, the Marina), no trekking across the full island for anything.- Newer beds, pillows and linens: 1 king, 2 queens (one with a twin trundle underneath), 1 bunk bed (with a full bed, twin bunk above, and twin trundle below).- Each bedroom has its own dedicated full bathroom (three baths refreshed in 2023), with a 1/2 bath upstairs.- Both club memberships (BHI and Shoals Club) are available to purchase for your stay. * While typically not an issue, some new rules we do not control, established by each club, are in place to limit guest memberships week to week. All booking requests for reservations during the last week of May, JUNE, JULY, and the first 2 weeks of AUGUST must be for a SUNDAY TO SUNDAY booking or the reservation request will not be considered for approval. During NON-summer months AFTER the second week of August UNTIL Memorial Day weekend our home MAY be available for minimum 3 day units depending on the month and week and how close to your reservation date you are booking (we normally only approve requests for reservations that are less than one week in duration if they are made less than 30 days prior to arrival since we like to leave our calendar open for and give preference to families who want to book a weekly rental instead of just a 3 nighttime weekend rental. Off season HOLIDAY WEEKEND units normally require a minimum 4 nighttime rental unless booked one month or less prior to the reservation start date). Please send an inquiry if you want to book for less than a week during the non-summer non-peak season and we will let you know if the particular time period you want to book is available since we give priority to weekly units but do accept a request for a “long weekend” rental of just 3 nights during non-summer months for non holiday weekends if the request is made less than 30 days in advance of arrival date on a non holiday weekend or less than 7 days in advance of arrival date if it is a holiday weekend. Our townhouse is the ideal place to base yourself out of for such adventures.Our bungalow has the necessities that will make you feel at home. With the 65" intelligent TV with 5.1 surround sound-bar, you can sign into your own subscription services (Netflix, etc.) to watch your movies. We provide 50+mbps wifi, huge brand new washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. The front porch is fenced in for your family pets. The master bedroom has a 58” Roku TV with sound-bar, a King size bed, a walk-in closet and dresser. The second bedroom upstairs also has a walk-in closet and two single beds that can be placed together to create a king size bed. It also has a comfortable swing chair to relax in. There’s a third bedroom downstairs adjacent to the main room with a twin bed that can pull out to a King if needed. It also has a 46” TV with Roku. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom. The front porch has a hose-connected outdoor shower to rinse, picnic table and umbrella, and a gas grille for evening BBQ. The kitchen has been freshly remodeled with all butcher-block countertops.
