Conveniently located directly across the street from the ocean with a public beach access, and a few walking steps to the Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar. Condo has key-less entry access, and 2 steps to enter into unit. Ideal for couples & modest families of 2-4 MAX, INCLUDING kids.

Finding the best rental home value:

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Summer time is high season in the Brunswick area area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a great way to save on your vacation.   • At departure, take a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
