Located on a serene lot in the sought-after West Beach area of Oak Island, our gorgeously refreshed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the ideal blend of comfort and coastal appeal. We are appealingly located between pretty ocean vistas and relaxing marshland. Take a calming 2-min. walk to the public beach access, or take a speedy 1-min. drive to 39th Street's Public Water Access that leads to the Intracoastal Waterway. You could also head down the island for a 2-mile drive to watch the sunset on the pristine beaches at The Point!

We invite you to relax in the open-concept living space filled with natural light and coastal-inspired decor. Designed with families and friends in mind, this part of the home creates a roomy gathering area for making memorable memories. Open the French doors to extend your living space and step onto the charmingly updated screened porch—a true outdoor getaway—where you can savor al fresco dining and evening breezes!

Kitchen:
Indulge in culinary delight with our completely supplied kitchen! The thoughtfully curated island is a great prep and mingle area for sizable groups. The kitchen offers casual and even the more "seasoned" chefs the opportunity to create delicious meals. The kitchen includes everything you need, from quality cookware, sharp knives, and cutting boards to ample serving dishes, silverware, and glassware. You can also appreciate the Keurig and drip coffee maker and an electric tea kettle for your coffee and tea needs. Bring the breakfast treats on by using the enormous griddle, double-sided waffle maker, and hand-held egg beater. When it is time for those big family fun dinners like a low country boil or king crab legs, use the 30-qt stock pot with strainer! We also offer an air fryer, a George Foreman grille, and a crockpot for added kitchen convenience. Whether whipping up a fast bite or creating a memorable meal, this kitchen makes it effortless and enchanting!

Bedrooms:
Unwind in the cavernous upstairs primary suite, featuring a plush king-sized bed and a walk-in closet with ample storage space for suitcases, including a bags rack. Enormous windows and a TV create a calming ambiance ideal for relaxation.
Directly across the hall, the second upstairs queen suite leads to the crow's nest! This light and airy room features spectacular vistas, a queen bed, a sizable dresser for storage, and a suitcases rack for your convenience. While the huge TV in the room can be nice, the outside deck and crow's nest make this room stand out. Take in the striking ocean vistas and cool breeze, and let your worries disappear!
Downstairs, the newly updated bunk room, a dream getaway for kids, sleeps five with two twin bunk beds and a full-over-full bunk with a twin trundle. The room also features a intelligent TV, and in the closet, you will find more blankets, toys, and games for the little ones! We also offer an additional twin blow-up bed and a pack-and-play for added sleeping options. *Pack-and-play sheets are not supplied.
Across the hall, you will find the other queen suite. This elegantly appointed lower-level room is ideal for guests seeking comfort and functionality. It features a new plush queen-sized bed, a huge ocean-facing window, closet space, a large intelligent TV, and a dedicated workspace area—ideal for remote work or study while staying steps from the beach!
