The 4th bedroom, also on the first floor, features a full/twin bunk bed. Ideal for kids! One full bath on each level and bamboo floor throughout. The kitchen is entirely equipped with quality cookware and appliances, Keurig, coffee pot, and grinder to start the day off right, steam pot for cooking local seafood, and a blender for mixing the ideal drink! In addition, there is an enclosed outside shower underneath the home with hot and cold water and an open shower on the deck to spray off when coming in from the beach. This is our personal vacation home and we have tried to provide all of the amenities of home, including wireless Internet, flat screen Roku TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, xbox, kids's toys, games and books. Of course the best feature of our home is the view, DIRECT OCEANFRONT! No lugging beach equipment back and forth! Beach access directly in front of the home shared only with our neighbors.
**The dunes and vistas at an oceanfront property are dynamic and constantly change due to a number of factors. We try to keep photos up to date but please understand that vistas from the home, height of dunes, and vegetation may vary.**

Tips to get the perfect rental home experience:
Money saving strategies:
- June, July, and August are high season in the Brunswick area area. To get the best value, try shifting your family's Brunswick area trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
- Look for your local Brunswick area visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitor guides contain discounts for local accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Begin by choosing your vacation dates and a maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. OCEANFRONT 4 bedroom home near the pier has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is almost always available online. If not, email or call the property owner before booking the home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You'll need to work out what is right for your vacation family.
- If there's a specific Brunswick area beach you are enamored with, search for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your needs.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- If your family is bringing pets, you'll need to book a pet-friendly vacation rental. Request details on breed, size, and type requirements. Note that some property managers charge additional pet fees.
Some things to know before you go:
- Add the property manager's contact info to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- To make sure damages are not linked to your family's stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas during arrival. Make contact with the rental manager right away to record your findings. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers bothering your life at home. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your vacation home while you are away. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to propel more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
