The condo has a main villa & connected mini suite, ideal for 2 families or a family with kids. Minutes to pristine Sunset Beach and Intracoastal Waterway. Conveniently located between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC airports. Close to eateries, shopping, and family attractions.

The pool across from the building is open for the season and there is no fee to use it.
