This beachfront cavernous duplex is located 3 blocks from the boardwalk and walking distance to the marina. This home features 3 sizable bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, wood floors, bespoke tiled baths/showers, and a master Jacuzzi. Roomy living space over 2400 sq ft. Immaculate ocean vistas including 2 oceanfront decks, skylights, and vaulted ceilings. This location is just 3 blocks from downtown shopping, dining, and summertime fireworks.



The Space:

The CB Lake is just two blocks away which offers calming walks around the lake and Saturday farmer's and craft market. Appreciate private beach access with an outdoor shower. This home also includes a dedicated workspace if needed.



Other Things to Note:

We also supply the following for each property:

A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay



There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
