The second story deck and crows nest are ideal for sunbathing while appreciating the canal and the ocean! The enclosed ground floor garage area is ideal for relaxing and playing games when the weather outside is not ideal. But when the weather is ideal, the completely-enclosed backyard accepts kids to run around and play cornhole, catch, etc. all while the parents relax knowing the waters edge and street are guarded by an aluminum fence.
