Sandpiper Bay is located within a 5-min. drive to Sunset Beach. Located on the golf course at Sandpiper Bay and simple access to many other courses. Appreciate a short drive to Calabash, NC the Seafood Capital of the World and try some of the best seafood around.

Sunset Beach is also just a 1/2 hour north of Myrtle Beach where shopping shows and great food awaits you.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Enormous Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Giant Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Sizable Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

About the Area

This condo is located in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

Sticking to a rental budget:

  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a good way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
