This corner unit faces the ocean and is less than a block to the beach offering exceptional vistas of the ocean from nearly every window. 2 roomy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms give plenty of space to appreciate your friends and family vacation. Open concept kitchen and living area overlook a balcony with impressive ocean vistas. This corner, top floor unit is secluded in the complex for plenty of privacy during your stay. There is not an elevator at this property, only stairs.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Document any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be useful if there is a dispute.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
