BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear units during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more — the choice is yours. For this home, you are eligible for up to $245 credit on any beach gear. Please note this offer is only available for stays between April 1, 2025 and October 31, 2025.

WHAT'S PROVIDED?
Linens are supplied with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We also know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. When to visit Oak Island & When to reserve a Brunswick area rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Brunswick area area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early.   • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to compel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
