Wood, carpet, and tile floors throughout. All interior doorways are 36 in., bathrooms with grab bars at toilets and low-rise shower stalls. Recreational area with four decks (covered and screened), rockers, four swings, picnic tables, charcoal & propane grille. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Spectacular, expansive marsh view w/handsome sunsets and good ocean view. Simple Beach Access. Bicycles, Ocean Kayaks, Corn hole (an outdoor game).

Though family pets are not allowed, a dog may occasionally be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Oak Island. Reserve your rental in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
