The entrance stairs under the two story home, leads to the Main floor with an open floor plan for the ideal gathering spot for friends and family! Step out to the broad covered deck with plenty of comfortable seating to appreciate vistas of the Majestic Atlantic Ocean!
Bedroom with queen bed is tucked away behind pocket doors, just off the living room!
Upper level has plenty of sleeping space!
The master bedroom features spectacular vistas from the upper deck and it’s own full bath with step in shower!
If you are needing a workspace with a distracting view, it’s in there!

Ocean view bedroom has a queen size bed, with access to upper deck and shares a full bathroom (tub) with third bedroom that has twin bunk beds!

Laundry room is tucked away in the upstairs hallway closet!

Oak Island has the nicest people, locally owned eateries and stores! The Town is the most dog friendly place, with Summer Concerts & Farmers’ Markets at the park, and loads of fun and interesting activities and places to visit!

The two driveways allow for ample parking, including under the home!

Find your best deal:

• In the Brunswick area area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.

• Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
