Our two bedroom loft home is the ideal spot! Master bedroom with loft bedroom (steps area little steep) all amenities, fenced in backyard, entirely fenced in. Plenty of parking and boat parking as well. Very private area just mins. from the beaches, historic Downtown Wilmington and mins. from multiple of our local breweries and parks. We also have outdoor shower.

When to book & When to go:

  • At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
